MidAmerican //Case Study

 

The MidAmerican Energy Company approached JDTECK for a solution to enhance in-building cellular reception for several of their facilities. Due to the security nature of the locations, they were unable to readily provide the floor plans for these locations, which would have involved too much red tape and security approvals. They were also unsure of how the JDTECK systems perform and wanted to see the results of the initial install completed by their in-house team of technicians.

After providing a very general description of the location, the first system was sent out. Upon completion of the install, a call was received informing us that the system was making their calls worse. In a matter of minutes, JDTECK was able to figure where the problem emanted from and helped Mid-American's team make the correction. They were totally blown away by the results. Since then,  JDTECK has supplied equipment for 3 facilities and counting....
